Christopher J. Odle
With over thirty years of construction and development experience, Chris Odle leads the CDP team in providing high quality construction and development advisory services to our clients. Chris received his Bachelor’s of Building Construction from the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction, one of the leading Construction Science programs in the country. Having held positions such as Preconstruction Manager, Project Manager, and Director of Preconstruction, Chris understands the pricing, scheduling, and logistical issues related to technical construction. Pivoting to the Development world in 2001, he subsequently managed the development of over $2 Billion of real estate in various asset classes across the Southeastern United States.
